Referring to an advertisement of Reliance Jio featuring PM Narendra Modi that appeared in today’s newspapers, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that it goes on to prove that Narendra Modi is in the pocket of Reliance owner Mukesh Ambani.
“PM of India openly endorses Reliance product. Any more proof reqd to prove that Modi ji is in Ambani’s pocket? (sic)” Arvind Kejriwal tweeted this morning.
In another tweet, Arvind Kejriwal mocked Narendra Modifor for his photograph in the ad saying , “PM as Mr Reliance”.
He even tweeted an AAP member’s tweet which said, “Modi ji has become a "Salesman" of Reliance.”
In another tweet, the Delhi CM said, “Modiji, you keep doing modelling in Reliance Ad. All labourers of the country will teach you a lesson in 2019.”
The full-page ad published today has a large image of PM Modi in blue jacket which is similar to the colour of Jio's logo with a caption in boldface that reads: "Dedicated to India and 1.2 billion Indians".
Launching Relaince’s Jio 4G service on Thursday, Mulesh Ambani had praised the PM and said that Jio will fulfill the 'Digital India' dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
