Hours after AAP MLA Kapil Mishra submitted documents to the ACB to back his allegations that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had delayed the probe into tanker scam, the sacked Minister made some more stunning revelations today.

Addressing the media here, Mishra revealed the name of Kejriwal’s relative for whom Health Minister Satyendra Jain had settled a land deal.

According to him, Jain had told him personally that he finalised Rs 50 crore deal for Kejriwal's brother-in-law Bansal.

"Satyendar Jain himself told me that he managed a Rs 50 crore land deal in Chhattarpur (south Delhi) for Kejriwal's brother-in-law. The deal was finalised for the Bansal family," Mishra said.

Hitting back at AAP leader Sanjay Singh who accused him of being 'hand in glove' with the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mishra said 'this is the way the AAP brands people who speak against the leadership'.

"I am not with the BJP and PM Modi. If anyone from the AAP who has spoken against PM Modi, BJP, Congress; may it be on the topic of Kashmir or Pathankot, his name is Kapil Mishra," the AAP leader said.

Sanjay Singh had asked him earlier in the day to disclose details of the land deals which Mishra had talked about on Sunday.

Mishra said that he would go to the CBI on Tuesday at 11:30 am and give 'proof' of his allegations to the investigating agency and file an FIR in this regard.

"Tomorrow I have got an appointment with CBI at 11.30 am. I will officially lodge FIR and be present as a witness," Mishra said.

Mishra further said that he was getting death threats by people who stay close to Kejriwal.

He claimed he would be expelled from the AAP party at the Political Affairs Committee (PAC) meeting in the evening and said that he would oppose it tooth and nail.

Mishra said that he had always spoken stridently against the BJP's policies and the government.

"I would never join the BJP," he said and dared his detractors to provide even a shred of evidence that he was in league with the BJP.

He also alleged that money had been taken from the candidates for contesting in the municipal polls in Delhi.

He launched an email id letscleanaap@gmail.com and appealed to people to send proof to expose corruption in AAP.
