BJP's Parivartan Yatra covering 18,000 km in poll-bound UP to culminate in Lucknow today

The BJP's four Parivartan Yatras will culminate in a mega roadshow in Lucknow today after covering 18,000 kilometres in poll-bound Uttar Pradesh.

The BJP's four Parivartan Yatras will culminate in a mega roadshow in Lucknow today after covering 18,000 kilometres in poll-bound Uttar Pradesh. 

These Yatras were started by the party from different parts of the state to cover all 403 assembly segments in the state. BJP also used these yatras to gather feedback about candidate selection in many assembly segments. 

The mega event in Lucknow will be attended by senior BJP leaders like Rajnath Singh, Kalraj Mishra, Uma Bharti, Keshav Prasad Maurya and Om Mathur among others. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to address a Maha Parivartan rally in Lucknow today but it was postponed and now he will address a rally in the city on January 2. 

Union ministers and senior party leaders will enter Lucknow from four different sides leading the Parivartan Yatras today which had started between November 5 to November 9. All four Yatras will merge at ‘Moti Mahal’ lawns in the afternoon and thereafter all four will move towards Hazratganj crossing led by Rajnath Singh in a roadshow. 

The Yatras will finally culminate at Hazratganj crossing, near the BJP state headquarters. Parivartan Yatra convener and party national secretary Mahendra Singh said that the rallies have been very successful and the public had supported them by turning up in large numbers to listen to leaders speak in all 403 Assembly segments.
