8. Sumaira Malik

Sumaira Malik is also one of the leading politicians of pakistan.Her uncle, Farooq Leghari was a prominent politician and former President of Pakistan. Her sister Ayla Malik is also a politician who remained member of the National Assembly from 2002-2007.

Sumaira ran for the National Assembly seat from Constituency NA-69 in the Pakistani general election, 2002 on National Alliance ticket, in Pakistani general election, 2008 on PML-Q ticket & in Pakistani general election, 2013 on PML-N ticket.

Sumaira emerged victorious all three times. However,she was disqualified from her seat of National Assembly by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on account of her fake degree on 29 October 2013.

She is the daughter of Malik AllahYar Khan and the granddaughter of Amir Mohammad Khan, The Nawab of KalaBagh. Her son, Malik Muhammad Uzair Khan is a member of National Assembly from Constituency NA-69, elected in by-polls 2013.
