1. Hina Rabbani Khar
Born into a Muslim family in Multan, Hina Rabbani Khar is the former Foriegn Minister of Pakistan
the daughter of powerful oligarch and retired politician Ghulam Noor Rabbani Khar.
Hina is a trained economist as she earned B.Sc (Hons) in economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
She also has an M.Sc in Business Management from University of Massachusetts.
After successfully contesting the 2008 general election, she served again in the Finance Ministry.
Khar was appointed as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs—the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs—on 11 February 2011, as part of Gillani's cabinet reshuffle.
After Shah Mehmood Qureshi's resignation as Foreign Minister, she became acting Minister of Foreign Affairs on 13 February 2011.
She was formally appointed as Foreign Minister on 18 July and was sworn in on 19 July, becoming the youngest and first female Minister of Foreign Affairs.She continued in that position till 16 March 2013.
When she visited India in 2011, she became cynosure of Indian media that focused more on her beauty and handbags than peace talks with Indian government .
Hina Rabbani Khar is married to a businessperson Feroz Gulzar and has 3 kids, two sons and a daughter.
She is business partner of her husband and owned a restaurant in Lahore polo ground by the name of polo lounge.
