In 1999 she was even charged of illegally exporting Islamic era antique titles. Jemima went back to her mother for she feared arrest. But those charges were later proved wrong.

During this period Jemima and Imran were blessed with two sons, Sulaiman and Kazim.

Imran and Jemima had set up a hospital for cancer patients. It was named after Imran's mother - Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital.

So as Imran grew increasingly busy with politics, Jemima worked for the hospital. She didn't like being left alone.

She used to accompany Imran during campaigns and supported him. Imran' it seemed took her patience and love for granted.
