California fire: Wind-whipped wildfire turns scary in Los Angeles, people seen frantically fleeing

A massive fire broke out on Tuesday evening near a nature preserve in the inland foothills northeast of Los Angeles and spread so rapidly that it destroyed homes, and clogged roadways as tens of thousands fled the region. In the frantic haste to get to safety, roadways became impassable.
