Devastating floods in China kill dozens, over a million affected | PHOTOS

Unprecedented floods in Cental China has killed 33 people so far, and over a million have been affected in the Henan province. Pictures show how public avenues and subway tunnels were submerged with surging waters in the provincial capital Zhengzhou.
