Rohit Sharma's stupendous form in ODI World Cup continues

Rohit Sharma has been in amazing form in World Cup 2023. The star batter has smoked runs for fun and looked fiery in the tournament so far. He scored third fifty-plus score in the tournament when he made 87 vs England in Lucknow.

Rohit started the tournament with a duck against Australia in Chennai. He was dismissed by Josh Hazlewood in the second over when India were asked to chase 200. Sharma was out LBW.

He made a thumping return to form with a blistering hundred. Rohit made 131 in India's second game against Afghanistan in Delhi. Due to his fiery innings, India chased down the 273-run target in 35 overs.

He made another fifty-plus score in the next game. Rohit scored another quick 86 off 63 balls when India were asked to chase 192 in Ahmedabad.

The Indian captain made another crucial contribution in India's 4th game against Bangladesh. He made 48 in the chase of 257. On the back of a Virat Kohli ton, India chased the target in 41.3 overs.

The star opener missed out on another fifty in the Men in Blue's clash against New Zealand. He scored 46 in the 274-run chase in Dharamsala. Rohit played a brilliant sedate knock in the game against England. He made 87 in the clash against England while batting first.
