India TV, country’s leading Hindi news channel, is hosting “Budget Conclave 2018”— a day-long event where leaders of the ruling BJP government and the Opposition will brainstorm over the Union Budget 2018-19, which was unveiled by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday.

The event has a line up which will help you unwrap the budget 2018 with none other than the finance minister, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal, Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, HRD minister Prakash Javadekar, BJP chief spokesperson Sambit Patra and Civil Aviation Minister Jayant Sinha.

Congress leaders will also be present to express their views on Budget 2018.

The event started with the founder of India's multi-billion FMCG brand Patanjali and yoga guru Swami Ramdev.

Swami Ramdev hailed the budget for being above casteism and throwing light on the areas that need development in the country. "This is the first time that the govt has given out a huge sum for the development of the poor and weaker sections of the society. This will definitely take us to progress,"
