The second Yoga Festival in Ghaziabad started today. Organised by Heartfulness, the festival focuses on how to take care of yourself in minimum time and without any expenditure. Hari Om Gandhi, Senior Commandant, CISF, Jaspal Singh Gill, Heartfulness Trainer, Archana Pramod, Deepika Gupta, Dr. Madhurika Agarwal, Sharad Dubey and others were present on the occasion.

The three-day Heartfulness Yoga Festival began at the CISF Ground in Indirapuram on World Health Day 7th April. The Yoga Mahotsav will be held from 6 am to 8 am.

On the first day, more than 600 people were provided with experience of various techniques related to physical, mental and spiritual health by the Heartfulness team. Earlier, the Yoga Mahotsav has been organized at ITS College, Muradnagar from 23rd to 25th March, in which more than 1000 people participated.

The Yoga Festival is being jointly organized by Heartfulness Institute, Shri Ram Chandra Mission, CISF and Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Chartered Accountant, Ghaziabad is also assisting in organizing this event.

According to the organisers, in this yoga festival, very simple and natural remedies for lifestyle diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, stress, anxiety, insomnia will be taught, which can be done by anyone at home without any cost. . All these techniques are completely certified by scientific and medical science. Admission to the Yoga Festival is free and anyone can attend.
