Schools reopen months after Covid-forced closure | IN PICS

Delhi schools have been reopened for classes 9-12 today (September 1) in phases. The Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia made the announcement on Friday (August 27). 

Teachers welcome students on the first day of reopening offline classes in Puducherry, Tamil Nadu. 

Delhi government released a list of SOPs to be followed by the schools to maintain students' good health and safety.  

Students at the entry gate had to go through a mandatory thermal test. 

Along with schools, the Delhi government has also nodded the coaching institutes, colleges, and universities to reopen offline classes taking proper measures to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
