To combat rising pollution levels in Delhi-NCR, the GRAP Stage 3 has been implemented. Under this phase, diesel vehicles registered in Delhi will be prohibited from operating. This restriction applies to key regions, including Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gautam Buddha Nagar.

If the pollution levels in Delhi-NCR worsen further, GRAP Stage 4 may be implemented. In such a scenario, it is advised that children and the elderly avoid going outside as much as possible to minimize exposure to harmful air quality.
