Chunav Manch: When Yogi Adityanath, Akhilesh, Shivpal, Owaisi came on one stage | PHOTOS

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday participated in an exclusive conversation at India TV's Chunav Manch and presented the report card of his 4.5-year rule in the state. The chief minister spoke on various issues like development of the state, expressways being constructed, handling of coronavirus, name changing of cities, including opposition's allegations among others.

Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav strongly refrains from getting jabbed with the Covid-19 vaccine until the national flag is embedded on the Covid-19 certificate. Speaking at India TV's Chunav Manch, he said, "As soon as they put the flag of India on the certificate of vaccine, I will get the vaccine, and will urge other party members and people to do the same"

Hitting out at the BJP, Samajwadi Party (SP) spokesperson Abdul Hafiz Gandhi alleged that BJP does not give tickets to Muslims. 

Congress leader Naseemuddin Siddiqui urged politicians not to divide the country into temples and mosques. The Yogi government do not listen to the grievances of the farmers. He also said that there is no law and order in the state.

Asserting that no one should doubt the 'loyalty' of the community, Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind president Mahmood Madani on Wednesday said that Muslims in the country are feeling suppressed and isolated in the present day. 

Akhilesh Yadav said that the BJP didn't fulfil 90% of promises that it had made during the 2017 Assembly polls. He said that the BJP government had promised to double farmers' income, but it failed. Likewise, he said that the government didn't check the rising power tariff.  

Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Lohiya) founder and former Samajwadi Party leader Shivpal Singh Yadav said he is an honest and hardworking leader but his administration is not living up to the expectations. Corruption is at its peak in Uttar Pradesh. 

Speaking about Rahul Gandhi's leadership skills, Asaduddin Owaisi said what can he said about him, he is useless, even Navjot Singh Sidhu has run away.
