India Beach Fashion Week: Day 1

Day 1 was owned by designers Ashmita Marwa & Nautanky show, and Harsh Agarwal & Vidhi Wadhwani.

The event, taking place at Grand Mercure here, is conceptualised and owned by UVAR Global and promises to give new definition to destination wedding wear and resort wear from over 30 of the finest couturiers in India.

Show host, VJ Anushka Dandekar added much to the already oomph and glamour sprawled all over ramp by stunning models displaying an exotic range of beach wear.

Day 1 was full of fun and glamour as the first edition of Gionee Smartphones India Beach Fashion Week was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Francis D'Souza.

Participating names include the grand masters of the Indian fashion industry like Anjalee and Arjun Kapoor, Anupamaa Dayal, Babita Malkani, Falguni and Shane Peacock, Komal Sood, James Ferreira, Nachiket Barve, Pria Kataaria Puri, Raakesh Agarvwal, Rimple and Harpreet Narula among others.

Actresses Shriya Saran & Lisa Haydon dazzled as the showstoppers on Day 1 of the Gionee Smatphones India Beach Fashion Week.

Gionee Smartphones India Beach Fashion Week is a 3 day event, that is taking place at Hotel Grand Mercure, Goa. The first day was kickstarted by Anupamaa Dayal's collection.
