Shivkumar Sharma's funeral: Amitabh, Jaya Bachchan, Javed Akhtar & others pay last respects

Shivkumar Sharma's funeral was completed on Wednesday with full state honours. Several Bollywood celebrities paid their respects to the late Santoor maestro

Amitabh Bachchan mourned the passing away of Shivkumar Sharma who breathed his last at the age of 84. 

Actress Jaya Bachchan also accompanied Amitabh Bachchan as they both arrived at Shivkumar Sharma's Juhu residence. 

They both were seen offering their condolences to Shivkumar Sharma's grieving family. 

Pandit Shivkumar Sharma's funeral will be held Wednesday at the Vile Parle Hindu cremation ground near the Juhu airport. 

For the unversed, Pandit Shivkumar Sharma and Hariprasad Chaurasia gave music to Amitabh and Jaya's movie, Silsila.

Javed Akhtar also paid last respect to the departed soul. 

Shabana Azmi also attended the funeral of the Santoor maestro with her husband. 

Prasoon Joshi also marked his presence at the last rites ceremony. 

He breathed his last following a cardiac failure on Tuesday
