Shah Rukh, Amitabh attend last rites of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's father

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's father Krishnaraj Rai passed away on March 17, 2017 at a suburban hospital here due to health issues. Here is a look at Bollywood celebrities, who were also present to pay last respect to the actress father.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan attended the funeral of Aishwarya's father. Notably, Aishwarya’s father was hospitalised a few weeks ago and was later shifted to the ICU. Krishnaraj Rai passed away at the Lilavati Hospital in suburban Bandra."

Actor, Amitabh Bachchan, even mourned the death of Aishwarya’s father and shared a message on his social media account, which read as, "Death has but one end... And words cannot define it." He even wrote on his blog "Death... the inevitable end."

The last rites of Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai’s father Krishnaraj Rai, was held in Mumbai. Bollywood celebrities from Shah Rukh Khan to Amitabh Bachchan were present at funeral of Aishwarya’s father to pay their last respects.

Few other celebrities including Sonali Bendre, Jaya Bachchan were also present to pay their last respect to the funeral of Aishwarya's father. Krishnaraj Rai is survived by wife Vrinda, son Aditya and daughter Aishwarya.
