Veteran actress Reema Lagoo died of a cardiac arrest. She played mother to many Bollywood actors. The actress delivered many powerful performances in the past. She was last seen in a TV show Naamkaran. Here is the list of films in which Reema wonderfully essayed the role of a mother.

The veteran actress amazed people when she portrayed the role of a mother, whose son was suffering from cancer. The film was Kal Ho Naa Ho and the actor was none other than Shah Rukh Khan.

Reema played Salman Khan’s mother in Maine Pyar Kiya and Hum Saath Saath Hai. She beautifully portrayed mother’s role in many Rajshree movies.

Reema Lagoo played the role of Kajol in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Her bonding with Salman in the film and ability to understand her daughter Kajol’s first love impressed audiences. The movie was helmed by Karan Johar.

In Jis Desh Mein Gangaa Rehta Hai, Reema worked with Govinda. She played the role of sheep-herder, who took care of a boy from a rich family. There were many emotional moments between Govinda and Reema in the film.
