Priyanka Chopra visits Jordan as a Unicef Goodwill Ambassador

Priyanka Chopra, a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, who is at the UNICEF Country Office in Amman, Jordan, said the world needs to do more to help those displaced by war -- through individual donations if governments won't step up.

The Bollywood veteran who is increasingly making her mark in the U.S. also said that she didn't realize until working in America that it's "difficult for a woman of color" to be cast in a wide range of roles.

Priyanka on Wednesday shared a photograph of herself along with the Queen of Jordan and said that she is a "true inspiration".

Priyanka Chopra shared a special message for celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar from a fan all the way from Jordan.

Priyanka was in Jordan to help children uprooted by the civil war in Syria.
