Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum: Fahadh won the Best Supporting Actor National Award for the movie in which he plays a small-time thief. The narrative of Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum centers on a recently married couple whose gold chain is taken during a bus ride. The thief, Prasad (Fahadh Faasil), is brought to the police station for the theft. What transpires thereafter demonstrates morality, class conflict, and the intricacies of interpersonal relationships. Despite not being a classic villain in the movie, Fahadh is an expert manipulator. Fahadh portrays Prasad with ease thanks to his body language, expressive eyes, and comedic timing.

The plot of North 24 Kaatham centers on Harikrishnan, an OCD-afflicted IT worker who is socially awkward, and his trip to Trivandrum, where he meets Gopalan (Nedumudi Venu), a free-spirited retired schoolteacher, and Narayani (Swathi Reddy), a kind social worker. Harikrishnan lets his guard down when he meets them. Fahadh has gone all out in this neo-noir psychological thriller, and he did a fantastic job of capturing Viju's mental state following his TV performance as well as his vulnerability to his newfound charisma and confidence as Pastor Joshua.
