Kareena Kapoor and her son have been discharged from the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. The actress on Tuesday reached home with her actor-husband Saif Ali Khan and elder son Taimur Ali Khan.

For those unversed, Kareena Kapoor gave birth to a son on 20th February after which fans and celebs on social media were seen congratulating the couple.

After the birth of their second baby, Saif Ali Khan in a press statement said, "We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy.Thank you to our well wishers for their love and support."
