Painting party ‘Pink’: Big B rings in 74th birthday with co-stars

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who turned 74 yesterday, hosted a party at his residence. The closed affair had the entire cast and crew of his last release ‘Pink’ in attendance.

From the leading ladies Tapsee Pannu Minal, Kirti Kulhari Falak, Andrea Tariang Andrea to producer Shoojit Sircar, everyone visited to wish the megastar best.

In ‘Pink’, Amitabh Bachchan played the role of a lawyer who comes to rescue of three girls who were wrongfully framed for prostitution.

Big B’s son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were seen greeting the guests at the entrance of Jalsa, the mansion where the superstar resides.

The ‘bad boys’ of the movie Angad Bedi (Rajveer) and Tushar Pandey (Vishwa) were also present along with actor Piyush Mishra.

The smiling faces of the team of ‘Pink’ speak a lot about their satisfaction from the movie. The movie managed to shed light on the evils of the patriarchal society mindset. Made on a meagre budget of Rs 23 crore, the movie earned Rs 104. 34 cr, since its release on September 16.

The movie got Big B praises from all over with critics saying that he has once again proved that he rules in Bollywood. The movie was touted as one of the best movies of 2016 and Mr. Bachchan had a huge role to play in it.
