In Pics: Hijab-clad Alia Bhatt shoots for Gully Boy at a Mumbai railway station

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is having a busy year. After enthralling the audience with Raazi trailer, the actress has got back to work on Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy. Recently, she was spotted at the Mumbai railway station, clad in hijab, while shooting a sequence for the film. The pictures from the sets are doing rounds on the social media. 

Gully Boy is directed by Zoya Akhtar, who churned out content-driven films like Dil Chahta Hai, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Dil Dhadakne Do.

It is based on Mumbai’s street rappers as the title Gully Boy suggests. 

Gully Boy is based in the humble neighbourhood of Dharavi in Mumbai. 

The film is bringing the fresh pairing Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt on screen. 

For the film, Ranveer Singh will also turn a rapper for the first time.

The film will hit the screen in February 2019.
