Guinness spokesman Stuart Claxton was on hand to record Amge's height with a tape measure.
She is just two feet and half an inch tall and wears clothes that usually fit toddlers.
Amge also visited the Statue of Liberty while in town.
She's appeared in two Bollywood films so far, but after she finishes college, says she's got her eye on California.
