North Waziristan (Pakistan): A US drone fired two missiles at a vehicle in Datta Khel area on North Waziristan on Wednesday killing four people and injuring another.
Pakistan's Express News TV reported that the drone fired missiles at a vehicle in Laman village close to the Afghanistan border.
The drone strike took place before midnight, and those killed were foreigners, a Pakistan official told a news agency.
This is the fifth strike by US drones in the last five days.
In the early hours of October 7, US drones fired two missiles at a compound in Kund Ghar area of Shawal, killing six people and injuring nine others. The US drone hit another compound in the afternoon, killing at least eight people on the spot.
On October 6, a US drone fired missiles at a vehicle in Mangronay area of Shawal, killing five people, and destroying the vehicle and the house.
On October 5, another US drone killed at least five people and injured two others in Shawal area of North Waziristan.
