The world's press have already started gathering outside in anticipation of the birth and to get that vital first shot of the couple and their baby leaving the hospital.
The hospital, in London's Paddington, is said to be preparing for the birth of the Duke and Duchess' child by suspending parking in front of the building, in order to secure access for the Royal couple.
