A Freaky Photographer Lee Thompson who climbed 2.300 feet tall statue of Christ Rio for covering the World Cup. He also received special permission to climb the statue.
Thompson also said that "For some people, taking pictures of yours is considered to be vain, but this picture taught me that the selfie is a powerful medium through which we can share our perspectives, inspirations and our personal stories with the world at large. It's not the funny mugshots with the background or the stunts which a person performs at the time of click but it's the way to mark the moment and say, I was here."
