New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's impromptu visit to Pakistan evoked many a strong emotions from both sides of the border. While some hailed PM's move as a masterstroke, others dubbed it as publicity stunt. But none reacted quite as strongly as this Pakistani television reporter.

The City 42 reporter, whose name seems to be Qaiser Khokhar, was outraged that the 120 people who accompanied PM Modi were allowed in without visas… “Tauba tauba! (God forbid)”

The visibly upset reporter could be seen saying that it may be for the first time in world history that 120 people have landed in a sovereign and independent country without any visas.

He goes on to urge the Pakistani parliament and the security agencies to take note of the fact that an Indian delegation set foot on Pakistani soil without visas.

The journalist is so angry that his microphone falls off a couple of times while ranting.

Though, a minor fact escaped the reporter's notice that most of entourage stayed within airport premises. PM was accompanied national security advisor Ajit Doval, foreign secretary, S Jaishanker and Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Vikas Swarup.

He keeps repeating ‘Tauba Tauba' to show his disapproval, much to the amusement of his colleagues who were enjoying his piece-to-camera in the background.

It is hard to say whether it was a natural reaction or intentionally created to grab eyeballs. But it may be the Chand Nawab moment for this Pakistani reporter as the video has gone viral on social media.
