New York: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond on Tuesday to discuss Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Britain in November.
Mr Hammond told Ms Swaraj that everyone in the United Kingdom was looking forward to PM Modi's first visit as prime minister to that country and the trip's outcome, External Affairs Ministry Spokesman Vikas Swarup told reporters in New York.

In the course of their talks, Britain's participation in India's Smart Cities program and their investments in each other's countries also came up, Mr Swarup said.
