New Delhi: Beer is often called a man's best friend for obvious reasons.
Its foaming nature have always attracted everyone finally the Researchers from Carlos III University in Madrid, Spain and Universite Pierre et Marie Curie, Institut Jean le Rond d'Alembert, France, have shed new insight into the science behind foaming beer bottles by exploring the phenomenon of cavitation.
The team's experiments showed that cavitation-induced “mother bubbles” in beer create clouds of carbonic gas “daughter bubbles” which grow and expand faster than the mothers they branched off from.
