At least 4 people were killed after an armed man opened fire at a kindergarten in Russia’s Ulyanovsk region on Tuesday, the Interfax news agency reported.
Two children, a teacher and the attacker died, the head of the Ulyanovsk region information department, Dmitry Kamal, told AFP. The children may have been in the age group of 3-6 years old.
The shooter committed suicide, they said.
