Pakistan: At least 8 policemen were killed while more than 20 others were injured in a suspected suicide attack on Monday at a Counter Terrorism Department police station in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Swat valley.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Chief Akhtar Hayat Khan said security officials were on 'high alert' throughout the province.
According to District Police Officer Shafi Ullah Gandapur, "There were two blasts inside the station, which destroyed the building."
