Islamabad: At least 20 people were injured in an explosion in Pakistan's Quetta Tuesday night, the media said.
Superintendent of Police Imran Qureshi told Dawnonline that armed militants hurled a bomb in busy market in Quetta city in southwest Pakistan's Balochistan province.
"The bomb exploded with a loud bang, wounding 20 people," Qureshi said, adding that the explosion also damaged the shop and nearby parked vehicles.
The militants sped away on their motorcycle after the incident.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
However, police suspect Baloch insurgents could be behind the attack, the report said.
