India TV News Desk Updated on: January 15, 2013 13:14 IST

The memorandum, which appeared to have been prepared by the Pakistan Army and ISI, stated that the Indian Army had violated international laws, the UN Charter, United Nations Commission for India and Pakistan (UNCIP) resolutions and the November 2003 ceasefire agreement between  India and Pakistan.

The memorandum shedded crocodile tears saying that the border skirmishes were an effort to sabotage the ongoing peace process between the two countries.

“Pakistanis and Kashmiris are peace loving people, particularly the Pakistan Army which is sacrificing for the peace and security of the region,”  the memorandum said.
