New Delhi: Edward Nino Hernandez of Colombia had one of the briefest spells as shortest living mobile man, with his reign lasting just six months.
He was officially named as the world's shortest living man on September 4, 2010, by the Guinness World Records.
He was born in 1986 at Santa Fé de Bogotá D.C, Colombia. He weighed just 3.3lb (1.5kg) when he was born and was just 15 inches long and hasn't grown since he was two years old.
