Cleveland (Ohio): Scott Nagy was diagnosed with urethral cancer in 2012. He has undergone chemotherapy and has been at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center since August .
But this illness is not able to stop Scott from walking his daughter, Sarah, down the aisle on her wedding day.
Sarah's marriage to Angelo Salvatore was originally scheduled for 2014.
However, the 24-year-old bride-to-be couldn't bear the possibility of having her father absent on her wedding day.
Scott assured her back in March that he would be there to walk her down the aisle, no matter what and he made his words come true.
Guests cried and clapped as Scott Nagy took part in the wedding on Saturday at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Strongsville.
A volunteer team of medical professionals helped Nagy to be present there.
