Sacramento,U.S: A Sacramento couple Tommy and Regina Jeglum tied the knot on Christmas Day though six months back the situation was different as Tommy was in coma since June.
Tommy is a telecommunications tower climber and he fell from fifty feet while on the job.The accident took place in June. He was in a coma for more than two months.
According to the reports the doctors originally said that only 10 percent of people with this type of injury actually wake up.
Fortunately Tommy was in that 10 percent.Now Tommy is recovering well.
In an interview with FOX40 Regina said: “Now he is awake and getting better every day,”
”It's amazing, our children have their daddy to hold him, kiss him.”
The couple decided to celebrate Tommy's recovery and got married on Christmas Day.
This story has again proved that love knows no bounds; a terrifying fall, months-long coma and on-going therapy couldn't stop the couple from tying the knot.
