Punjab recorded 1,320 new COVID-19 cases today, taking the total number of cases to 40,643 including 15,305 active cases and 1,036 deaths. The state now has 24,302 recoveries. 

5 new COVID-19 cases reported in the Dharavi area of Mumbai today. The total number of cases rise to 2,705 including 2,355 discharged cases and 90 active cases. 

West Bengal recorded 3,232 new COVID-19 cases today, taking the total number of cases to 1,35,596 including 27,900 active cases and 2,737 deaths. The state now has 1,04,959 recoveries. 

1,212 positive cases of COVID-19 and 14 deaths reported in the last 24 hours in Gujarat. State's case tally rises to 85,678 including 14,538 active cases, 68,257 cured/discharged and 2,883 deaths. 

483 new COVID-19 cases reported in Uttarakhand today taking the total number of cases to 14,566. There are 4,296 active cases and the death toll stands at 195. 

Karnataka reported 7,330 cases (2,979in Bengaluru), 7,626 discharges and 93 deaths, taking total cases to 2,71,876 including 1,84,568 discharges and 4,615 deaths. 

1,134 new COVID-19 cases, 1,101 recoveries, and 32 deaths reported in Mumbai today. The total number of positive cases increase to 1,35,357 in Mumbai, including 18,298 active cases, 1,09,369 recovered cases, and 7,385 deaths. 

306 new COVID-19 cases reported in Goa today, taking the total number of positive cases in the State to 13,790 including 3,631 active cases, 10,019 recovered cases and 140 deaths. 

14,492 new COVID-19 cases and 297 deaths reported in Maharashtra today. The total number of positive cases now stands at 6,61,942 including 4,80,114  recoveries and 1,69,516 active cases. 

1,226 new COVID-19 cases and 21 deaths reported in Madhya Pradesh today. The total number of cases now at 51,866 including 11,261 active cases, 39,399 recoveries, and 1,206 deaths. 

2,172 COVID-19 cases confirmed in Kerala today. 1,964 are cases of local transmission and the source of infection in 153 was not traceable. 52 are those who came back from overseas while 102 are from other states. 

Chandigarh reported 145 new COVID-19 cases, taking total cases to 2,776 including 1,471 recoveries and 33 deaths. 

Uttar Pradesh reported 5,375 new COVID-19 cases, 4,638 discharges, 70 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking active cases to 48,294, and deaths to 2,867. 

Jammu and Kashmir reported 610 new COVID-19 cases, 593 recoveries, and 15 deaths, taking total 31,981 including 24,398 recoveries and 608 deaths. The number of active cases stands at 6,975. 

Andhra Pradesh reported 10,276 new COVID-19 cases today taking the total number of cases to 3,45,216. There are 89,389 active cases in the State and the death toll is at 3,189. 

83 new COVID-19 cases reported in Manipur including 22 personnel from CAPF. The total number of cases in the State stands at 5,132 including 1,334 central security personnel. The recovery rate is 67.32%. 

Singapore on Saturday reported 50 new COVID-19 cases, including five imported infections, taking the national tally to 56,266, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said. The five imported cases have been placed under stay-home notices upon their arrival in Singapore.

Odisha's COVID-19 tally rose to 75,537 on Saturday with 2,819 fresh cases, while nine more fatalities pushed the death toll to 399, a health department official said.

The total coronavirus caseload in Telangana crossed the one lakh mark with 2,474 fresh cases being added, health officials said on Saturday.

Pakistani Rangers violated ceasefire by resorting to unprovoked firing and mortar shelling along the International Border in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Saturday.
