Muzaffarabad, Pak Occupied Kashmir, Oct 26: The Chief Justice of the Pak Occupied Kashmir High Court Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mughal was shot while he was on an evening walk on Tuesday. He is presently out of danger, Geo News reported.
A sniper shot Justice Ghulam Mustafa from a distance following which he was rushed to a nearby hospital where surgeons operated upon him to remove the only bullet lodged in the abdomen.
”The chief justice has received one bullet in his abdomen. He is injured and doctors are preparing him for an operation,” senior police officer Riaz Abbasi told Geo News.
According to initial reports the Chief Justice was out for an evening walk in his neighbourhood when he came under attack.
