Essex ,England: A 57 years old female teacher Elaine McKay is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old boy. She is also accused of showing him pornographic images. McKay was working with -pupil Clacton Coastal Academy for five years.
The boy studies in the same school where Elaine McKay works. McKay has been suspended from her job after the charges were filed.
McKay has two daughters aged 26 and 29 and two grandchildren. She lives with her third husband in a £150,000 semi-detached home.
McKay is accused of causing or inciting a boy to engage in sexual activity, and causing a child to look at an image of sexual activity for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification.
She appeared in front of Colchester magistrates for the her hearing. She has been granted bail on condition that she does not have any contact with the alleged victim.
The case has now been sent to Chelmsford Crown Court for her next hearing on January 13.
