New Delhi: After returning back to the national capital on Tuesday morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will review the Kashmir situation, official sources said.
At least 32 people have been killed in violent protests following the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen militant Burhan Wani on Friday.
The sources said the meeting is expected to be attended by Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and top security officials.
Earlier in the day, the Home Minister took stock of the Kashmir situation during a meeting with Parrikar, Jaitley, National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and top security officials.
Doval rushed back home after cutting short his trip as part of the Modi entourage.
