New Delhi, Oct 29: The capital was clouded with a blanket of early morning fog on Monday, with the winter arriving earlier than scheduled.
The minimum temperature was 13.9 degree Celsius, three degrees lesser than yesterday's minimum temperature.
Weather scientist Ravindra Bisen of Delhi Meteorological office said, due to snowfall in the upper reaches of Himalayas, particularly in Kashmir, winter is expected to set in earlier.
