New Delhi, April 10: It was a warm, clear Wednesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling three notches above average at 22.2 degrees Celsius. There could be lightning towards the evening, the Met Office said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around the 36 degrees Celsius mark.
"The sky is likely to turn partly cloudy towards the evening and lightning is expected too," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Tuesday's maximum temperature was recorded at 37.4 degrees Celsius, four notches above average, while the minimum temperature settled two notches above average at 21.7 degrees Celsius.
