New Delhi: UPSC aspirants protested outside Rahul Gandhi's residence, 12 Tughlaq Lane on Wednesday demanding review of the new UPSC exam pattern.
The aspirants allege that with the introduction of this new pattern, all categories of students caught in the transition be allowed three fresh attempts along with three years age relaxation.
Since October 2013, civil services aspirants across the country have taken to the streets protesting against the “arbitrary manner” in which the changes were introduced.
On Wednesday they sat outside Ganhi's residence since morning as they wanted to meet Rahul Gandhi regarding the issue but Rahul was not available at his residence as he was in Chhatisgarh for some meeting.
Later Delhi Police appealed to the students to end the protest and leave but the students were not ready . Police late removed them forcefully.
