Muzaffarnagar, July 25: Pappu, a driver working for the sub-divisional magistrate in Muzaffarnagar, shot dead his sister-in-law (bhabhi) Babita and her two children, Vikrant and Vipul after an altercation over a property dispute on Sunday, police said.
SSP Praveen Kumar said, Pappu had a quarrel with his bhabhi, and after the latter rang up her husband to say that she feared for her life, Pappu took out a weapon and shot the lady and her two children dead.
When police arrived, Pappu tried to give the story a twist saying she had committed suicide, but broke down after police asked some hard questions.
Police have arrested the killer and have lodged a case against him.
