In a big crackdown against corruption in Uttar Pradesh, the Income tax department on Wednesday raided at least 22 places simultaneously including - Lucknow, Kanpur, and Delhi. These raids are being conducted on the contractors associated with UPICON. Officers working in many departments, who are accused of corruption, are also on the radar.
