Baripada (Orissa), Aug 6: Two persons including a woman were allegedly burnt alive as their house was set ablaze in Orissa's tribal-dominated Mayurbhanj district, the police said.
The incident took place at Nuagaon village in Bangirposi police station area, 45 km from here. The police recovered charred bodies of the two persons. The victims were identified as Thimpur Hemram (60) and his daughter Duli Hemran (35).
Duli's husband Bajinath Soren, who was staying with the father-daughter duo, was accused of setting the house on fire after locking the door from outside, the police said.
