Jaipur: In a tragic incident, a truck got struck in flash floods in the Banas River in Tonk district of Rajasthan, risking the life of more than 20 people on-board.
However, thirteen people have been rescued while rescue operation is speeding up to rescue the other stranded people as well.
According to the reports, the truck was on its way to Tonk. The water level in the river was said to be normal earlier but owing to intermittent rains in the region, it rose incredibly high.
Currently, the water level is above the danger mark while rescue operations are underway.
