Mumbai, Aug 27 : Heavy rains lashed this metropolis early this morning causing traffic snarls on the Western Express highway and the Eastern Express highway.
Reports of waterlogging have come in from Tulsi Pipe Road, flower market in Dadar, Hindmata, LBS Marg, Link Road and S V Road causing traffic jams.
Met office said, there was 27 mm rainfall at Hindmata, 24 mm at Bandra and 27 mm rain in Govandi.
People were having a tough time reach their offices today.
