Issue with Pakistan is how to get back PoK: MoS PMO

New Delhi: The only issue with Pakistan is to get back parts of Jammu and Kashmir under its illegal occupation, Minister of State in PMO Jitendra Singh said here today, hitting back at Pakistan Army Chief Gen Raheel Sharif's comments that Kashmir is an “unfinished agenda”.  

Singh emphasised that Jammu and Kashmir was and will remain the integral part of India.

Sheena murder: Skeletal remains match DNA samples

Mumbai:  Claiming a breakthrough in the sensational Sheena murder case, police said forensic tests today confirmed that the DNA samples of the skeletal remains exhumed from the Raigad forests matched those of Indrani Mukerjea and Mikhail Bora.

In a related development, a local court remanded in judicial custody for two weeks Indrani and her driver Shyam Rai while the other accused Sanjay Khanna was taken to Kolkata for being produced in a court there.

Sensex cracks below 25k-level; plunges 308 points to 15 months low

Mumbai: Market benchmark BSE sensex breached the 25,000-level on Monday after crashing 308 points to 24,893.81 — its lowest closing in 15 months — on reports of a deficit monsoon and rupee falling to a fresh two-year low, while continued selling on China-fuelled worries also weighed.

Moreover, sell-off in Shanghai shares, which opened for trading after four days also hit sentiment here.

Muzaffarnagar Riots: SIT Completes Probe of 503 Out of 510 Cases

Muzaffarnagar: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots has completed the investigation of 503 out of the 510 cases.

We have completed the probe of 503 cases registered against the Muzaffarnagar riots, Additional SP (SIT), Vinod Kuamr Pandey told reporters in Muzaffarnagar today.
